The COVID-19 pandemic changed something permanent. Just as 9/11 reshaped how the world thinks about air travel and public security, the events of recent years made citizens and institutions painfully aware of an invisible threat: the pathogens circulating in the spaces where we live, work, learn, and heal.

International BioLogiX was founded on a conviction that the world's response to that threat has fallen short. The market is crowded with UV-C products that promise protection but underdeliver — hampered by poor design, shadow zones, airflow compromises, and unverified results. We saw a gap between what the science makes possible and what was actually reaching hospitals, classrooms, and workplaces.

We set out to close it. Grounded in a deep understanding of the biophysics of radiant pathogen inactivation, our team engineers UV-C systems built for absolute safety in occupied spaces and inactivation rates of 100x to 1,000x above typical competing products — reaching up to 99.99999% viral inactivation. We believe that properly implemented UV-C can become as universal to healthy buildings as HEPA filtration has become. That is the future we are building, from our U.S. headquarters and manufacturing operation in North Texas to our European base in Mödling, Austria.
